That blasted input sanitizer automatically did what the cover software didn’t.

Maybe I should just run away with the circus.
Run away with me, Red; we can be clowns together!
I must confess…I kinda liked the subtitle. I know, I know, I’m surely to burn in hell for that, but I did. It would have been cooler if they’d used the “Now is the Winter….” as the title, and “Running Away With the Circus” as the subtitle or tagline or…it pains me when authors decide that the demographic for which they are writing is too stupid to get the joke….
No, I kinda liked it too.
I like the subtitle better, too.
You could get that clown job and the fame & glory that goes along with it, but they would only let me follow the elephants around with a shovel.
I’ll join you, red! You and me, brush and pan, together, following them thar elephants around. 🙂
You charmer, you. I’ll go fetch the ladder.
This cover made me think of Circus Boy, one of my favorite TV shows as a kid. (If you never saw it, think Lassie but kid with an elephant instead of kid with a dog.)
I bet they make him give the circus back.
