That “horn” looks like a stray lock of hair.

I hope it isn’t an indication of his unicorn-hood. If so, Whitney, er, I mean the female character is going to be mighty disappointed.

I wonder if the horn, um, participates.

Most extant medieval unicorn horns look like they came from narwhales.

Checking narwhale tusks, while male narwhales have tusks, I found one of eight female narwhales will have a tusk and it will be smaller than a male tusk. So applying that factoid to unicorn tusks, this cover implies lesbian unicorn erotica. Talk about sub genres….

How can you manage to get your own name wrong on the cover? That’s impressive…

It’s not just the ridiculous covers, but the disturbing content of the books that make these lousy…

Well, it’s a step up from the Dino Porn covers.

How exactly?

I can think of no reason that this is a step up from that.

@ Waffles

Moved from theropods to mammals. From the Cretaceous to the (imaginary) Holocene. Up the evo tree! 🙂

That Hunter Fox fellow, the author of “A Millionaire Dinosaur Forced Me Gay”, has a whole set of unicorn stuff. The only thing more disturbing than a horny unicorn on a book cover is a horny gay unicorn. Who’s magical power is to turn people gay.

Yeah, but is it a BILLIONAIRE dark unicorn? I’m not interested unless it’s a BILLIONAIRE unicorn.

FRAUD! Horsie unicorns are inauthentic. REAL unicorns are dark, fierce, gothic beasts, more like mountain goats than horsies — like the goth unicorn rampant logo of Alchemy Mindworks.

(I’ll concede this cover horse is not the usual sparkly pony of most modern unicorn art, but, *snark*, I have seen more impressive horns on little girls’ bicycles.)

Only virgins can ride unicorns…
I don’t think this girl qualifies.

She *really* likes that big single horn. No further explanations needed… 🙂
