I know Jesus was humble and meek, but even He might object to the text all over His face.
Humble and meek, maybe, but weak? Dude, have you ever carried one of those crosses? They’re friggin’ heavy!
The description says that the “weakness” the title refers to is suffering and persecution, and that the bearing of the cross is a metaphor for that. That makes perfect sense to me, but it’s still a lousy layout.
So first he gets crucified… and then some 2,000 years later some writer-person who wasn’t even there at the time calls him ‘weak?’
