Is that a Nagilum I see among the background forest?
I guess blood vengeance is something done by black-and-white swamp trees. They squeeze all the blood out of you until there’s no color left.

I saw a ghostly lady floating in the bayou like a morning mist. And a bleeding tree(?). Coming around the bend I expect to see Troy and Liz in a pirogue full of gators.
Kidding aside, this is close (dang, missed it by just that much! or, good cover concept when do we get to see the finished cover?).
