Meh…I wish to be clear. I don’t like this cover, but I’m not sure it really rises to the Official LBC Crap Standard. It’s not great, but the name of the site isn’t “Not-Great Book Covers,” now, is it?
Surely, we have not truly plumbed the depths of Lousy Book Covers–after all, Smashwords is still there–and have run out of OLCS-worthy covers, have we?
I argue having not only the Giant Floating Head but also the Giant Floating Maritime Bay pushes it over the edge. (And it’s not just any ol’ head, it’s That Guy Again… which may have to become a tag.)
