Two decent images that have been mangled and then spewed onto this cover. Either would have been better without the other. Odd meshing makes me wonder if they are trying to cover watermarks on stolen art. I hope not, but what a mess of a cover.

“Farie” for “Faerie”. Book cover is the first “ad” many book buyers see; no attention to proofreading the book cover especially the title can stifle sales.
Farie on the cover for Faerie on the title page is messed up, but farie for faery, faerie, fairie, or fairy is either a common typo or an alt use. Be consistent people. Coordinate.

The image of the eye seems a curious choice for a book about a talking belly button.
I’m confused. Why is it wider than it is high? It isn’t the wraparound cover. Interesting how two nice images stuck together can make crap. I hear a lot of people saying that you should multiple images to make the cover more exclusive, but at this lever, each new image is another dagger in Caesar’s back.
