Red Simon: Vampire Punk

I’d fear for the future of humanity except that I succumbed to despair long ago. (h/t Geoff)

I don’t know what is worse, the drawn on vampire teeth or the drawn on blood on the girl’s face. For a moment I thought the blurry guy with the cross had Kermit in the other hand.

@ Brenda: OMG! It DOES look like a jaundiced Kermit on his hand! I might have nightmares about that visual. That green haired dude’s face is creepy enough.

Apex Reviews is a PAID review site. So “A force to be reckoned with” is the best “praise” they could come up with? Honey Boo Boo is a force to be reckoned with, but that ain’t a good thing!

Well, just yuck. WTF is the crap in the background? Is that priest with a crucifix performing an exorcism on trash?

Apex Reviews just sounds cheesy. Kinda like Acme jet-powered skateboards.

“A literary force to be reckoned with!”

Yeah. Okay. Whatever…

That kid with the ‘fangs’ looks like a zombie version of Elijah Wood. Anyone agree? Anyways, the scariest thing on this cover is the green haired preacher dude. He actually really creeps me out. Also, what’s up with all that crap in the background? Evidently it’s real Vampire Punk to create a huge mess.

Anyone notice the fangs coming out of the P and K? At first I thought they were bleeding newsprint-colored blood.

I think we may have misjudged this cover. That is effing BRILLIANT!!
