If you are using THAT as a stonecutter, you’re doing it wrong.

I concur. Last I checked guns are for SHOOTING.
Not cutting stone.

Lasher, Blade, Cutter, I’m sensing a theme here.

Not just “Lasher,” but “S.Lasher.”

Yup, Slasher, Blade, Cutter — so naturally we get a picture of a gun.

Look for the other title in this series: It’s about a law firm called Blaster & Cap, written by S. Hooter. It’s called ‘The Musket’ and there’s a picture of a knife on the cover.

Or maybe it’s all some kind of clever, intentional, visual catachresis. Hell if I even know any more.

Since no one else has made an obvious Simpsons joke yet, I’ll do it:

“Who keeps Atlantis off the map?
Who makes covers look like crap?
We do! We do!”

I’ve got to admit, though, I kind of like the text on the gun. Also, Nathan probably had to take a moment to decide whether this deserved an “om nom nom de plume” tag.
