I have absolutely no idea what this book is supposed to be about from looking at the cover. A giant woman surrounded by tiny men in Swiss Guard uniforms?

Following the link, it’s a 1,670 word short story about a steam punk assassin Zoe Trope and Victoria Regina, part of the author’s (or editor’s) “stupendous” Steaming Pistons series.

I think that is Big Ben. Those may be Swedish-English guards.
That giant woman is Queen Victoria, those tiny men are Beefeaters… other than that I have no idea what’s going on here.
