I think the cover is OK, though I have no idea what is casting that shadow behind the title. The rest of the bridge shadows indicate that there might be a cloaked Klingon drone hovering right next to the right support cable.
Well, “yellow” halos, I suppose — the itty-bitty light border around the buildings, the hand, etc., that show that someone’s magic wand was set with too low a tolerance.

Gotcha. For some reason I was looking for watermarks from a stolen pic. Yes, I see what you mean, and yes it is annoying.
Annoying, like shaky matte lines in a movie FX sequence using traveling mattes in superimposition cinematography.
Did someone move the Brooklyn Bridge to Mars? It seems the only logical explanation for the RED hues.
It also goes a long way in explaining standing in the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge in midday without another soul in sight.
And maybe the halos are actually force fields around the martian visitor allowing him to breathe.
