Honestly this comes off as one of those moments when you accidentally take a picture when you didn’t mean to. It doesn’t tell me anything about what the story is about. Unless it’s a story about the crap in your truck you need to haul to the dump.
I have to object to the positive feed back here. By cutting out the background (also called reality), I was unable to tell that this was the bed of a pickup.

Today’s NFG Challenge: Remove all the beers from the cooler using only a broken stick, without making the spare tire go rolling over the side of the mountain.
Bonus round: Change the flat tire after consuming beers, without causing truck to roll over the side of the mountain.

I agree! Did the author upload the wrong image by accident and forget to fix it? This is just… dumb.
