If read as written, then Kate C. Barrington belongs to a wretched group of Mo-mos and Po-Pos (whatever the heck they are).

So that must be the title. Wonder who wrote it. 😉

Apparently these mo-mos and po-pos are monsters and potpies. As should be obvious from the cover, this is a horror story that teaches a lesson to unruly children.
