The Used copy at one seller is in Very Good condition at $145.95 but the Used Good copy at another seller is $685.41.
My explanation is that some book sellers use automated pricing software based on just slightly topping a rival’s price: if Seller A has Seller B’s book at price X, Seller B should be able to get X + $ 0.01. So Seller A retaliates by bumping his price until Seller B has bumped to something ridiculous, then seller A drops his price by about $535 and –boom– makes the sale to a bargain hunter. It’s a theory I have.

Ha! This book was published 5 years ago, and has no reviews. It’s a fuster cluck of mistakes.
I’ve heard of shooting for the moon to maybe hit a star but… despite what this book appears to be promising, nobody can shoot that hard.
