Seven tags? Is this a record?

Who ever made that font was really into num6er8. Why would anyone think it’s suitably readable font for a book cover is beyond me.

So, there’s the wolfie, two winged demon ladies, one slutty Red Riding Hood, and one kissing couple. Did I miss anything?

The name Cro88 on a hellish cover like this one could almost pass as om-nom-nom-de-plume. So this might be seven and a half tags. Seriously, is this a record? I don’t recall seeing this much tags on anything.

That guy that commented in good spirits about his awful covers, the one with the avatar of Elijah Wood, Edward C. Patterson has at least one cover with seven tags. This ties that.

It should of had more, (like this one), but Nathan said he couldn’t look at it any more to tag it. 🙂

I remember that guy. The best victim, I mean author that found his way onto this site. But he did all that deliberately, so I think that disqualifies him from this particular contest.

Funny thing is, on a cover like Patterson’s I’d expect all those tags, but this one, it doesn’t have floating eyes, doesn’t have badly cut out people (except a bit with the floating heads up there), doesn’t have refrigerator art, doesn’t have all the usual crap that makes those really WTF covers. In other words, it looks like someone with a suitable knowledge of Photoshop put quite a lot of time into it. And it still not only turned out awful, but earned all those tags as well.

Everywhere I looked this cover just got better and better.

Catie: You missed “eerie haunted forest.”

I think.

That may just be spilled ink with finger doodles.

PS – Needs more SSSSSSSSsssssssssssssss.

Poor Wolfie. I can almost hear his anguish at being part of this hellish debacle.

For once wolfie is the most appropriate thing on the cover!

Wolfie’s the only one there who’s the least bit concerned by the fact that a giant translucent necking couple have appeared in the sky.

OK, I had to look up “sanguinary” and it basically means bloody. So why not just call it Blood Seductions??? I first thought of sanguine, which means happy or optimistic, and this cover doesn’t look very happy.

Plus points for the demon in front of Wolfie. Never seen an upper leg with such a sharp fold in it. And it looks like the demon’s arm ends in a stump.

As for the semi-transparent couple in the sky: she looks bored or ticked off. His neck looks painfully attacked by that dead tree. Nothing seductive there.

I just want to howl at this atrocity, right along with Wolfie.

I see the minions from kings quest four have found a new job, and got new outfits as well.
