You know, I know I’ve seen that woman someplace. NOT in a…oh, right, Wikipedia. Of course. I wonder if anyone asked that woman for a release, before that image was put in the PD?

Not to mention…oh, never mind.

Presumably the subject of the photo consented to the photo in 1979 and the PD comes from it being a gov’t work.

If a photographer shows up and says “I’m from the federal government and I’m here to photograph you!”, RUN! Or your face may end up here on a lousy book cover.
