this is by far the creepiest genre. i would rather have one hundred stories with t-rex on sentient nebula action than these.

This cover is just like the ending to the Cinderella story.

Except that it’s high noon instead of midnight, and it’s at a country church in the middle of a field instead of at a fancy dress ball, and it has rusty old broken-down wagons instead of ornate pumpkin carriages, and there’s no feet to put any glass slippers on.
