What are the bloody things hanging from the shell necklace? And when did a cat leave its tail UNDER something?

I thought those were bloody bulbs of garlic.

Why is the wall melting into the floor.
How many legs does the chair really have, and is it stable?
Exactly what are those bulbs hanging off the chair.
Why is the cat not ripping its claws through the painting?

A mystery indeed!

All the above aside, cats’ eyes are not located there. Such a shame too because even if other things here are a little off, the artist is not without talent producing cats, yet apparently has never looked one in the eye.
