If the author has actually reprogrammed his own life, and now exhibits greatness, why have I never heard of him? Also, his greatness obviously does not include book cover design.

I think that the “greatness” that the book is talking about is how you score the coveted first position on the centipede. You want to read that shit cover to cover.
